We collect only what is needed to respond to your enquiry or run your community account. Enquiries go to a designated officer and are not shared outside CBM. Membership records are held on the national membership platform, not on this website.
Community rules
- Be respectful. No insults, threats or hate speech.
- No false claims presented as official news.
- Keep personal details private, yours and others’.
- No spam, advertising or payment requests.
- Follow moderators’ directions.

Corrections
If something we published is inaccurate, choose “Request a factual correction” in the form with a link to the page. The editor will review it and record any change made.
Chat records
Chat messages are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Removed messages are kept for 90 days for review, then deleted.
